Introduction
The impeller of agitation tank is driven by the motor and motor v-belt or gear motor, making the solid particles to suspend and making agent and ore pulp mixed adequately. It has four functions: ore pulp agitation, agitation storage tank, improving agitation and agent agitation. Agitation tank is suitable for ore dressing industry and can also be used in agitation of pulps from other industries.
Features
The special impeller of the agitation leaching tank is similar to function of centrifugal pump. The slurry is sucked into the impeller chamber from the feed pipe and then throw out along the centrifugal direction of the impeller. The thrown out slurry is filled the tank and formed solid phase suspension. Thereby finish the stirring and lifting action. Applicable to all kinds of metal ore and non-metallic minerals.
Main Applications:
Suitable for slurry (solid particle size < 1.0mm, specific gravity <4.7, concentration <70% (by mass)), agitating strongly without no settlement, with low power consumption and long service life of agitating impeller. It is widely applicable to slurry preparation in dressing plants, wet-process smelting plants and some light chemical industries.
