Introduction
Ball mill is a critical device for smashing after the materials are crushed. Ball mills are widely used in manufacturing industries of cement, silicate products, new construction materials, fireproofing materials, chemical industry, ore dressing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and glass ceramics, etc for grounding of various ores and other grindable materials. Generally, overflow ball mills are suitable for high grinding fineness while grid ball mills are suitable for low grinding fineness. (Unfavorable impacts of over grinding on grading can be avoided)
Features
Roller press consists of two synchronously rotating squeezer rollers in opposite directions, one being fixed roller and the other being movable roller. Materials are fed from the above of the two rollers, brought to the in-between of the rollers consecutively, and then discharged from the bottom of the machine as dense material cakes after being exposed to high pressure. The discharged material cakes, apart from containing certain proportion of fine materials, are with large number of cracks within the interior of the unfinished granule products, which can lower energy consumption of grinding greatly during the further grinding process.
Adopt open-architecture welded rack, with good rigidity, pleasing to the eye as a whole, convenient for maintenance and overhauling.
Adopt the structure of four-row cylindrical roller bearing, which greatly improves carrying capacity of the equipment, lowers the equipment weight and saves installation space.
Adopt hardened planetary reducer, the driving system is in compact structure, and the operation is smooth and reliable.
Integrated squeeze roller adopts unique roller surface structure, which prolongs the service life of roller surface;
Separately arranged integrated oil system, with stable performance and reliable working;
