Introduction
Ball mill is mainly composed of feeding part, discharging part, rotary part and driving part which includes reducer, small drive gear, electrical machine and electronic control. The hollow shaft uses steel casting, the inner lining can be dismantled and changed, and the rotary rack wheel uses casting gear hobbling and inside the cylinder there is wear-resisting lining board which has fine abrasion performance. This machine has stable operation and reliable performance.
Ball mill strucuture
The machine is composed of feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The turning gearwheel adopts casting hobbing process and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance. The machine is with stable and reliable working condition. Moreover, according to different materials and discharging methods, there are dry ball mills and wet ball mills for choice.
Traditionally, large double-row self-aligning roller bearing is adopted to replace the rolling bearing, which greatly reduces the friction force, makes the machine easy to start and saves energy significantly
At the discharge end, cone design is adopted, which not only increases the volume but also compels the classifying of materials and steel balls at the cone end, i.e., the closer to the discharge hole, the smaller the diameter of steel balls, enhancing the effect of repeated grinding
Groove-type ring liner is adopted to increase contact surface between ball and ores, enhance the effect of grinding, improve the ores and lower energy consumption
Integrated rack is adopted for the convenience of civil engineering and equipment installation
