Gold Mining Flotation Cell BS-K Flotation Machine for Gold Beneficiation Process
Introduction
Flotation machine applies to separation of non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal, noble metal, non-metallic mine, chemical material. And flotation machine can be used in roughing, scavenging, selection or reverse flotation.During the flotation process, pulp will be mixed with drug firstly and agitated. Then target ore grains will selectively attach to bubbles, float onto the surface of pulp, which will be scraped out and collected. And the rest materials will be left there. Thus, the separation is accomplished.
Features
BS-K flotation machine is the pneumatic mechanical agitating flotation machine designed by China Institute for Non-ferrous Metals through absorbing the advantages of foreign advanced flotation machines. It shares the same appearance with XCF/KYF flotation machine, but with the following structural features: the spindle hangs on the side of rack; the bearing body is with light structure and easy to be installed, with good perpendicularity; the section of impeller is in cone shape while the stator is in radial pattern; it is with low wear, long service life and strong agitating strength. "U"-shaped cell reduces the ore settlement at the bottom of the cell; the spindle is with light structure and the stator is easily installed onto the bottom of cell. The installed power is low, saving 50% energy compared with A-type flotation machine; bubbles are dispersed homogeneously, air dispersion is fine, the foam is stable, the suspension of ore particles are good, and the recovery percentage is high.
This product is divided into several units: single-cell, double-cell, three-cell, four-cell, five-cell and six-cell, etc. It does not possess the capability of absorbing ore pulp and air naturally, the flow of ore pulp should be arranged step-wise, and the returning of middlings counts on the foam pump.
Application
Material: coal, fluorite, talc, gold, molybdenum ore, nickel ore, fluorite ore, copper ore, antimony ore, zinc, and tungsten ore, etc.
Flotation cell is suitable to separate non-ferrous black metals, and separate nonmetal, for example, coal fluorite e, and talc. The flotation machine can form a flotation separation loop by itself without any auxiliary equipment and it is allocated horizontally, which favors the change of flow.
